• Payment must be received before order processing and shipment
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Fabric prices are typically quoted per meter unless otherwise specified

3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Please note:

• Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees
• Delivery dates may vary based on fabric availability and destination
• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of products to the carrier
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1999 across India

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric purchase. Our return policy includes:

• Fabrics can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
• Cut fabrics or custom orders cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Sale items and personalized fabrics are final sale and cannot be returned

5. Fabric Quality and Color Variations

As a textile retailer, we want to ensure you understand:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions
• Natural fabrics may have slight variations that are characteristic of the material
• We recommend ordering swatches for color-critical projects
• All fabrics are inspected for quality before shipping
• Minor imperfections in handloom fabrics are part of their authentic character

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and software
• Fabric patterns, designs, and descriptions
• Website design and layout
