Remote Areas Service

For remote locations and hilly areas, delivery might take longer (7-15 days) and may involve additional charges. We'll inform you before processing such orders.

Delivery Process

Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are processed same day. Orders after 2 PM are processed next business day.
Quality Check: Each fabric piece undergoes final quality inspection before packaging.
Packaging: Fabrics are carefully rolled, wrapped in protective cover, and sealed in waterproof packaging.
Dispatch: Package is handed over to our logistics partner with tracking details.
Tracking: You'll receive SMS/Email with tracking link once dispatched.
Delivery: Courier attempts delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, package returns to our warehouse.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make 3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, package returns to us and reshipping charges apply. Please ensure correct address and phone number.

Shipping FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities receive deliveries in 2-4 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, you can change address within 6 hours of ordering. Contact our support team at +91 98765 43210.

What if I'm not available during delivery?

Courier will make 3 attempts. After that, package returns and reshipping charges (₹150) apply for redelivery.

Are there extra charges for COD?

No extra charges for Cash on Delivery. However, minimum order for COD is ₹300.
