We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Read our transparent return and refund process.

Overview

At Textile Bazaar, we take pride in the quality of our fabrics. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Important Note

Due to the nature of textile products (cut fabrics), we can only accept returns under specific conditions mentioned below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Original Packaging Required With all tags and labels attached
Within 7 Days Required From date of delivery
Cut Fabric Not Eligible Cut/metre pieces cannot be returned
Custom Orders Not Eligible Made-to-order fabrics cannot be returned
Sale Items Conditional Only if defective/damaged

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@textilebazaar.shop or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Get Approval

Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number if eligible. Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include all tags and our provided return label. Ship to our return address.

Step 4: Inspection

We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

Step 5: Refund/Exchange

Once approved, refunds are processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges are shipped immediately.

Refund Details

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Amounts

The following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

  • Original shipping charges (unless defective/wrong item)
  • Return shipping costs (customer pays for return shipping)
  • Restocking fee of 15% for opened packages

Exchanges & Replacements

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

  • Contact us at support@textilebazaar.shop with photos of the defect/damage
  • We'll arrange a pickup for the defective item
  • Replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item
  • No additional shipping charges for replacements

Photo Evidence Required

For damaged/defective items, please provide clear photos of:

  1. Damaged area (close-up)
  2. Overall fabric with damage visible
  3. Packaging if damaged during shipping
  4. Shipping label on package

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
