We offer a wide range of premium fabrics including:

How do I know the fabric quality?

We ensure fabric quality through multiple checks:

  1. GSM (Grams per Square Meter): All fabrics mention GSM - higher GSM means heavier, denser fabric
  2. Thread Count: Higher thread count indicates better quality in cotton fabrics
  3. Material Composition: Exact percentage of fibers mentioned for blends
  4. Color Fastness: All fabrics tested for color bleeding and fading
  5. Shrinkage Test: Fabrics tested for shrinkage percentage

Quality Check Tip

Request fabric swatches/samples before bulk orders. We provide small samples (10x10 cm) for ₹49 per sample (refundable on order).

Can I get fabric samples before ordering?

Yes! We offer fabric samples for:

  • Individual Customers: Sample pack of 5 fabrics for ₹199 (shipping free)
  • Wholesale Customers: Custom samples based on your requirements
  • Designers/Tailors: Swatch cards with all our fabric collections

Sample Charges: ₹49 per fabric sample (deductible from your first order above ₹2000)

Delivery: Samples shipped within 24 hours via express delivery

Do you offer custom fabric printing/dyeing?

Yes, we offer custom textile services:

  • Custom Dyeing: Minimum 100 meters per color
  • Digital Printing: Minimum 50 meters with your design
  • Screen Printing: Minimum 200 meters (2-3 colors max)
  • Embroidery: Custom embroidery on fabrics (minimum 50 meters)

Important Note

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please approve lab dips/samples before bulk production.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by fabric type:

  • Retail Customers: Minimum 1 meter per fabric
  • Wholesale (Cotton/Synthetic): Minimum 100 meters per design/color
  • Wholesale (Silk/Wool): Minimum 50 meters per design/color
  • Bulk/Export Orders: Minimum 500 meters (negotiable)

Note: For mixed fabrics in wholesale orders, minimum order value should be ₹10,000.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods:

  • Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders above ₹300
  • Bank Transfer: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS
  • Cheque/DD: Accepted from registered businesses
  • Credit Terms: For approved wholesale customers (30 days credit)

Payment Security: All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is there GST on fabrics?

Yes, GST applies as per Indian tax regulations:

  • Cotton Fabrics: 5% GST
  • Silk & Woolen Fabrics: 5% GST
  • Synthetic Fabrics: 12% GST
  • Readymade Garments: 12% GST

For Businesses: We provide GST invoices with proper HSN codes for input tax credit.

Note: GST rates are subject to government changes. Current rates as of December 2023.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order modifications/cancellations are possible within certain timeframes:

  • Within 1 hour: Free modification/cancellation
  • Within 6 hours: ₹100 processing fee
  • After 6 hours: Cannot cancel (order processed)
  • Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production starts

How do I track my order?

Track your order through multiple channels:

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges based on order value:

  • Below ₹499: ₹99
  • ₹500 - ₹999: ₹79
  • ₹1000 - ₹1999: ₹49
  • ₹2000 & Above: FREE Shipping

Express Shipping: Add ₹100 for 2-3 day delivery

International Shipping: Available on request (charges vary)

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Orders placed after 2 PM are processed next business day. Sunday/holiday orders processed Monday.

What if I'm not available during delivery?

If you're unavailable, our courier partners will:

  1. Make 3 delivery attempts on consecutive days
  2. Leave a missed delivery card with contact number
  3. Hold package at nearest delivery center for 3 days
  4. Return to sender after 3 failed attempts

Redelivery Charges

If package returns to us, redelivery charges (₹150) apply. Contact us within 24 hours of failed delivery to arrange redelivery.

How are fabrics packaged for shipping?

We use professional textile packaging:

  • Layer 1: Fabric rolled on cardboard tube
  • Layer 2: Wrapped in butter paper to prevent moisture
  • Layer 3: Sealed in waterproof plastic cover
  • Layer 4: Placed in corrugated box with cushioning
  • Final: Sealed with tamper-proof tape

Packaging Guarantee

Our packaging ensures fabrics reach you wrinkle-free and in perfect condition. Damaged during transit? We'll replace it free.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy includes:

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, original packaging with tags
  • Cut Fabrics: Cannot be returned (industry standard)
  • Custom Orders: Final sale, no returns
  • Defective Items: 15-day replacement policy

Return Process: Contact returns@textilebazaar.shop for Return Authorization Number before shipping.

How do I return an item?

Follow these steps for returns:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Get Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Pack item securely in original packaging
  4. Include RAN and original invoice copy
  5. Ship to our return address
  6. We inspect within 3-5 days of receipt
  7. Refund processed within 7-10 business days

Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping. Refund deducts original shipping charges (unless defective/wrong item).

How long do refunds take?

Refund processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • UPI/NET Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 5-7 days
  • Wallet Refunds: 24-48 hours

Note: Refund time starts after we receive and inspect returned item.

Important

Bank holidays and weekends may delay refunds. You'll receive email confirmation at each stage.

What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items include:

  • Cut or measured fabrics (sold by meter)
  • Custom dyed/printed fabrics
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
  • Fabrics without original tags/labels
  • Used or washed fabrics
  • Personalized orders
  • Fabric samples/swatches

Exception: Defective/wrong items replaced regardless of above conditions.

  6. 2 Trade References (existing suppliers)

Processing Time: 24-48 hours after document submission

Do you offer dropshipping for retailers?

Yes, we offer dropshipping services:

  • White Label Shipping: Your branding on packages
